As an Employee Relations Specialist at Dexcom Malaysia, you will be responsible for implementing Employee Engagement & Relations strategies, policies, and programs to promote a harmonious work environment, manage complex employee issues, and ensure legal compliance.

• Employee Engagement Management
  • You will drive the execution of employee relations (ER) strategies that support business growth, enhance employee experience, and reduce organizational risk.
  • You are expected to anticipate workforce trends and proactively recommend ER programs, policies, and training to improve engagement and retention.
• Policy Development and Implementation
