Become a key advocate for employee relations at the Thames Valley District School Board. This role focuses on managing attendance, performance concerns, and conducting critical investigations for a collaborative environment.
In this position, you'll work closely with departmental leaders to resolve workplace issues and support attendance programs. Your expertise will drive improvements in performance management and help ensure compliance with HR policies while fostering a supportive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate investigations on conduct and harassment
• Administer and coach attendance support initiatives
• Oversee support staff job evaluations
• Assist in collective bargaining and policy improvements
• Coordinate investigations with law enforcement and CAS
Requirements:
• Completion of a four-year degree in HR or similar
• At least three years of work experience in employee relations
