They need someone who will listen, understand what is getting in the way and help them find a practical route forward. As our Employer Engagement Executive, you’ll work with businesses across Wigan, Greater Manchester and the wider region to understand their workforce needs and connect them with the right opportunities across Wigan & Leigh College.

That could mean apprenticeships, commercial training, adult learning, a sector-based work academy, a bespoke solution, or a conversation that starts small and grows into a long‑term partnership.
