Employment Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Represent employers in labor and employment litigation in federal and state courts

- Handle matters before administrative agencies

- Advise counsel management on employee relations issues

- Support all phases of employment-related disputes and compliance matters

- 

Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of law firm experience in labor ad employment law

- Experience representing companies (not plaintiffs) in employment matters

- Strong legal writing and analytical skills

- Excellent academic credentials

- Admission to the bar in CT, NY, or DC
