Overview

We are seeking an Employment Coordinator for Sipoo municipality's Employment Services. The role starts on October 1, 2026, or according to agreement.

Responsibilities

• Promote the employment of job seekers in collaboration with Sipoo municipality's job coaches.
• Network and cooperate with companies on employment issues.
• Develop service packages with clients and job coaches to support employment, utilizing services from various network actors.
• Work closely with the vitality manager and coordinators of the results unit to coordinate and plan the activities of the vitality services.
• Lead the employment team, which includes two job coaches.
• Support job seekers and employers in employment matters.
• Prepare employment‑related decisions.
• Promote and plan municipal employment initiatives.
• Coordinate summer job vouchers and summer jobs (TYM work).
