Overall Job Responsibility To support the delivery of employment services for persons with disabilities (PWDs), with a focus on facilitating job placements for clients who are harder to place and strengthening PWD supply. The role involves working with PWD clients, employment partners and employers to optimise matching outcomes, address placement barriers, and provide case facilitation support. This includes job matching, job carving, and coordinating with various stakeholders to improve placement outcomes for clients with complex and niche profiles.
