Advise and guide internal stakeholders on employment matters across the full employee lifecycle in the region, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, retention, discipline, and separations
Design and deliver legal training programs to build internal capability on employment law compliance
Monitor legislative developments and emerging trends in employment law across the region, and provide proactive, practical guidance to the business
Job Requirements
Law degree and active bar admission/license in one of the SEA countries (required)
Prior experience in both private practice and in-house roles is preferred
Strong substantive knowledge of employment law across multiple jurisdictions
Proven ability to deliver practical, solution-oriented legal advice in a commercial context
