Employment Specialist – Future Leaders

The Employment Specialist provides social and economic integration support to newcomers to Canada and naturalized citizens seeking employment. Services include information, orientation, service linking, job placement, and coaching. Specialists possess expertise in at least three of the following areas: assessment; information and resource management; facilitated individual and group learning; job development; knowledge of labour‑market trends, career transition, and self‑employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit clients by liaising with community services, agencies, and training institutions to increase referrals.
