Drive positive change in the lives of those experiencing chronic homelessness as a Housing First Case Manager with Empower Simcoe. This full-time role supports client independence and community participation across the County of Simcoe.
As a contract position, you will work up to 37.5 hours weekly until April 30, 2027. Candidates should possess a social services diploma or degree and two years of experience in case management settings. Your expertise in Housing First principles and rehabilitation will guide your client interactions as you help them navigate community resources and achieve personal goals.
