About the Role

As an Enabling Works Assistant for XEIAD, part of British Engineering Services Group, you will support the rail and highways teams with all de‑vegetation and enabling work requirements on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Responsibilities

• Undertake works such as vegetation removal, debris removal, fence removal & reinstatement, cladding removal & reinstatement, chamber removal & reinstatement, dewatering of culverts & CCTV examinations.
• Deliver works safely, following the Contract Specification and programme of works, ensuring adherence to Company Process & Procedures and relevant Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Standards.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as an operative in a railway or site environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
