Job Description Our customer is seeking a proactive and eager-to-learn Endpoint Support Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis. This role is crucial for providing direct, in-person technical support to our users in Indy and Chicago (as needed). The position offers significant opportunity for growth into higher-level engineering tasks for a motivated individual. Key Responsibilities: β’ Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users addressing a variety of hardware and software issues. β’ Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 hardware, software, and operating system problems. β’ Manage and resolve IT tickets that require physical intervention or on-site support. β’ Assist with device deployments using Intune and Autopilot, following established processes. β’ Support a predominantly Lenovo Windows environment (99%), with occasional support for Mac devices. β’ Provide support for the Office 365 environment. β’ Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor, as ...
