Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Performance Management  Responsible for the financial performance (Orders and Sales) of Digital Energy offers in Building and Critical 
Identify areas for improvement and implement mitigation action plans to close financial performance gaps. 
  
One Digital Energy Mindset  Collaborate with all DE teams to drive the One DE approach, aiming to meet or exceed growth ambitions. 
  
Adopt and deploy DE Solution value propositions  Adapt the global and East Asia DE solution value propositions to Singapore market. 
Define and formalize a winning strategy using DE solution value propositions (resiliency, efficiency and decarbonization) approach. 
Lead innovative and strategic business growth proposals. 
  
Operating Plan  Operationalize strategy and execute account business plans.
