Position Overview

Role Overview

The End User Support Associate provides frontline local IT support to ensure operational continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access issues
  • Supporting incidents
  • Managing tickets and meeting SLA targets
  • Installing/configuring systems and applications
  • Escalating complex issues when required

Qualifications / Preferred Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, applications, basic networking)
  • Familiarity with VDI, VPN, and telephony tools (Avaya, Five9, Zendesk, RingCentral, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and IT security practices
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High ownership, urgency, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong Written and Spoken Business English
  • Highschool Diploma (must)
