Harvey Nash's Client have a requirement for an The Endpoint Management Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing support of modern endpoint management services across the organisation. The role focuses on managing and optimising the end user device estate using tools including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise, and Microsoft Entra ID.

The SME ensures that all endpoint devices-including desktops, laptops, Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD), and mobile devices are securely configured, compliant with organisational standards, and provide a consistent and high-quality end user experience. This includes policy configuration, and service optimisation aligned to enterprise governance and security requirements.
