Endpoint Management L2 Support Engineer
and manage, maintain and support Windows endpoint environments for customers in a regulated financial services setting. Serve as the primary escalation point for endpoint-related incidents and own day-to-day operations across SCCM, Intune, OS imaging, patching and software release management.
Responsibilities
Triage and resolve L2 escalations for Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops and Citrix VDI sessions
Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) including client health, boundaries and reporting
Manage Microsoft Intune co‑management and standalone enrollment for compliance and device lifecycle
Build, maintain and version‑control Windows OS images using MDT, SCCM OSD or Autopilot
