Minimum of 10 years of experience working on Endur. Added advantage if there is relevant experience in an Endur application maintenance or production support role.
Strong understanding of Endur modules including trading risk settlements and reporting.
Ability to independently manage support requests prioritize tasks and work without direct supervision
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Familiarity with SQL queries and Endur data structures for debugging and issue analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to support front office risk and operations teams.
Experience working in a highpressure trading environment with tight SLAs.
Prior exposure to incident problem and change management processes in ITILbased environments is a plus.
