Position Summary

Senior Project Manager – Energy and Infrastructure. Lead complex projects across multiple sectors in the Built Environment in Johannesburg or Cape Town. Manage full project lifecycle from stakeholder engagement to design, construction and quality assurance.

Responsibilities Developing and implementing detailed project execution plans to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate closely with clients and Arup teams to integrate technical activities and achieve project objectives. Ensure compliance with design standards, legal regulations, environmental requirements, and permits. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong relationships with governments, communities, suppliers, contractors, and team members. Drive quality control measures to meet performance objectives and deliver outstanding service to clients. Oversee project progress and report to senior management and stakeholders.
