Position Overview
The candidate shall have experience in designing, testing, commissioning, or operating utility-scale battery energy storage products or projects.The candidate shall have expertise in several of the following fields: Lithium-ion battery system design and testing.Electrical design of battery-based energy storage technology.Civil, structural, and electrical designs of battery-based energy storage project – design basis calculation, transport and storage arrangement, installation, data communication, commissioning, testing.Applicable standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations (including regulatory requirements) at BESS equipment-level and BESS project-level.Fundamental aspects and main characteristics of current battery technologies.Preparation of FAT and integration test plan for BESS systems as well as associated major equipment and components such as transformer, switchgear, etc., and technical review of documents provided by suppliers.Project management of bids and proj...
