Reporting to the Manager, Enforcement Operations, the Enforcement Assistant provides administrative support to investigators and litigators for active cases. In this position, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the teams organized with evidence handling and document management.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various teams within Enforcement for reported complaints and any subsequent investigations
- Coordinate and prepare written correspondence related to case information and manage evidence
- Organize, format, and assist with document management of all evidence as directed by investigators, often using SharePoint and e-discovery software
- Provide support in the complaint intake process by setting up cases in a database and managing the workflow accordingly
- Coordinating with regulators and member firms on cases as required
