Position Overview

Summary of the Role

Support the Country Director as an Executive Assistant providing organizational support for the country leader and cluster leadership team, including schedule and travel management, project or program support, and communications assistance.

Key Functions / Responsibilities

  • Support Country Leader:
    • Calendar & schedule management across multiple time zones.
    • Travel & logistics coordination (flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries).
    • Meeting support: organize, attend, take minutes, ensure follow‑up.
  • Support the organization:
    • External and internal event coordination (planning, publicity, logistics, post‑event surveys).
    • Coordination of meetings, travels, internal training, company activities.
    • Create, design, edit and manage communications material – EDMs, infographics, PowerPoint slides, videos.
  • General office administration management.
