What You'll Be Doing - Engage on digital banking products and promotions
- Assist customers with digital account opening and onboarding
- Introduce banking products, benefits and ongoing campaigns
- Support customer enquiries and provide basic banking assistance
- Achieve daily engagement and acquisition targets
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all touchpoints
- Support promotional activities and events on campus
