In this role, you will:
Work in close collaboration with SED solutions engineering and delivery teams.Understand, translate and articulate SED strategies and roadmaps to multiple stakeholders including executives and the technical teams.Build and nurture strategic client relationships through deep understanding of the business line’s needs and ensure SED’s strategic alignment.Provide communication/alerts regarding degraded or missed service levels as a part of the problem management escalation process.Pro-actively communicate any IT issues and upgrades to your stakeholders.
