**High level Roles & Responsibilities**
- Embed and work very closely with Customer organization/account for growing the existing service lines.
Work on mining the account for more opportunities in the existing and other divisions of customer organizations to enhance business growth.
- Meet the revenue targets for the account.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
CSAT Index - Ensure Coverage, Response rate of >80%, CSAT Average of 4.5 & above
- Onsite attrition - Timely completion of appraisals for onsite engineers, engaging them.
