Position Overview
AWS Professional Services is seeking a customer-obsessed Engagement Manager (EM) to lead and deliver cloud transformation engagements for enterprise customers in Taiwan. The Engagement Manager serves as the primary commercial and relationship owner for ProServe customer engagements β responsible for scoping, selling, structuring, and managing the delivery of complex professional services projects. This role bridges sales and delivery, ensuring customer outcomes are achieved while driving bookings, revenue, and margin targets. The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills, program management rigor, and deep knowledge of the Taiwan enterprise market.
