Onboard or decommission customers and customer sites across all managed platforms following existing processes.
Relay any hardware interfacing problems with Hardware Technical Support and senior Systems Administrators.
Process and validate cold chain platform communication test reports.
Troubleshoot and respond to customer requests related to user management and site communication; verify alarm monitoring service connectivity.
