Job Responsibilities

• Provide user and records administration support for Cold Chain Managed Services customers.
• Perform user management functions and system onboarding for per‑platform functionality.
• Manage existing customer databases, device registration, features and user profiles in Connect+, Digital Cold Chain, Oversight and other future Cold Chain platforms.
• Onboard or decommission customers and customer sites across all managed platforms following existing processes.
• Relay any hardware interfacing problems with Hardware Technical Support and senior Systems Administrators.
• Process and validate cold chain platform communication test reports.
• Troubleshoot and respond to customer requests related to user management and site communication; verify alarm monitoring service connectivity.
• Maintain and improve process documentation related to user and system administration.
