Job Description

Facilities Engineer will be responsible as a system owner on designated facility systems and equipment for their operation, maintenance, and engineering. He/She will routinely use technical judgment to solve problems, make recommendations, and improve existing processes. He/She will make substantial technical contributions to departmental success using proven solutions for complex technical problems. He/She will listen to customer feedback, recognize opportunities, and provide feedback for technical innovation. Decisions may impact quality and schedule of projects but would generally be contained to the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and provide remote and on‑site technical assistance to service teams and customers.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
