What the role is: Engineer / Architect (Project Management)
What you will be working on: - Project Management (Construction)
- Lead team of consultants and contractor to ensure the successful completion of the project in the following areas:
- Monitor Construction Master Programme and ensure project completion is on schedule
- Monitor interim completion of critical milestones/delays and progress
- Ensure sample units readiness and approval
- Ensure completion of structural, M&E works and architectural finishes of the project
- Monitor lift installation and commissioning
- Ensure services laying and commissioning
- Monitor regulatory clearances and ensure clearances obtained promptly for TOP & CSC application
