Key Responsibilities

Building Systems Oversight

Monitor and assess the performance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, and structural building systems.

Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to identify deficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex building systems issues.
