Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Manage material procurement from domestic and international suppliers, issue tenders, analyze bids, and prepare comparative statements. Order & Inventory Management – Process requisitions, place purchase orders, track deliveries, review excess inventories, and ensure timely material alignment with demand. Supplier & Vendor Relations – Interact daily with suppliers, resolve issues like delays or defects, drive supplier performance, and maintain strong buyer–seller relationships. Compliance & Documentation – Ensure accurate records of purchases, contracts, vendor performance, and maintain reports while adhering to company and global supply chain policies. Financial Coordination – Verify supplier bills, ensure prompt invoice clearance, track transporter payments, and coordinate with accounts for timely processing.
