The Job As an Engineer Continuous Improvement, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as a hybrid employee.
You'll get to: Work side‐by‐side with manufacturing leaders to lead operational improvement workstreams, creating charters, problem‐solving and data analytics, detailed work plans, and identifying operational and financial KPIs to measure progress of improvement actions.
Solve complex problems at both macro and line levels for our global manufacturing team.
Gain experience in understanding operational KPIs to determine appropriate responses for closing gaps.
Drive operational improvement through the implementation of Lean standard tools and concepts such as Flow, Standard Work, 5 S, Visual Management, SMED, Poka‐Yoke, PDCA, TPM, etc.
