What You Will Do
* 1.Join customer specification review for special project
* 2.Provide draft process instruction to support sample making when needed
* 3.Complete formal FC and submit BOM,training related parties on process instruction (PI)
* 4.Establish and maintain standard operation procedure &defect analyse systems (DAS).
* 5.Lead x-functional team to conduct PFMEA, & maintain/update PFMEA
* 6.Evaluate PCR/ECR raised by others from ME view, or raise PCR/ECR
* 7.Stabilize and continual improve process capability
* 8.Process failure analysis & trouble shooting
* 9.Lead to conduct new product trial run per trail run plan
* 10.Lead to review trial run result, and follow up corrective/improvement action
* 11.Lead process improvement activities and Join with Lean project&6-Sigma project

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* 1.Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline
* 2.Minimun 6 Years work experience process design...
