Job Purpose

Monitor, coordinate, and provide technical expertise for electrical maintenance at ADNOC owned properties, including residential and VIP villas, as well as other owned and leased properties within Abu Dhabi City and Ruwais City. Achieve highest operational efficiency and long functional life by designing, planning, installing, operating, maintaining, expanding, and upgrading a variety of electrical and electronic systems.

Operation and Maintenance Services

• Provide technical guidance and monitor all electrical maintenance activities of assigned subordinates, hard FM service providers, and other related services. Ensure building operation, maintenance, and system integrity meet defined SLA, KPIs, and operational methodologies for ADNOC owned properties and VIP staff accommodations.
