OVERVIEW

Oversees the reliability and effectiveness of plant machinery through troubleshooting, modifications, and repairs while ensuring efficient operation of the Engineering team. Enforces company rules, regulations, and compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Enforce company rules, policies, and compliance with ISO 9001/GMP requirements while standardizing procedures across operations.
2. Lead and guide the Engineering team in breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance execution, annual maintenance, and improvement projects to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
3. Troubleshoot machinery, determine necessary repairs or modifications, and oversee proper segregation and disposal of damaged items.
4. Monitor and maintain the condition of tools, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure safe and reliable operations.
