Responsibilities

• Design and tune control algorithms for wind turbines, wind farms and hybrid power plant systems.
• Ensure compliance with international grid codes, electrical models and mechanical loads through control system design.
• Model and simulate dynamic behavior of power systems as electrical actuators (DFIG), grid scenarios and power converters.
• Develop and implement control strategies for Power Management Systems (PMS) and Energy Management Systems.

Qualifications

• MSc or Ph.D. degree in Electrical, Power Systems or Control Engineering.
• Programming skills in Matlab Simulink, PSCAD.
• Required English (C1), desirable: German, Spanish.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• Availability to travel.
