Job Description

Produce and design high‑quality PCB designs that adhere to Tester requirements and the Business Unit’s specific methodology. Prepare and generate design documents and deliverables. Review PCB designs using the specified checklist. Provide design feedback to peers. Create and communicate project schedules. Conduct incoming inspections on assigned projects. Assign or delegate tasks to team members. Attend design review meetings with HWE and project requestors. Activate and complete tasks in a timely manner. Ensure individual productivity, quality, and on‑time performance to optimize project cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience with PCB design (preferably).
• Familiarity with schematic design and PCB layout.
• Knowledge of Altium software is a preference.
