Position Summary

We are looking for an NCG or Junior Test Engineer who will be responsible for the Test Development and Production Release of Microchip’s 32‑bit SAM/PIC32 microcontrollers. The successful candidate will collaborate with Architecture, Design, Applications, Validation, Verification, and Marketing teams to develop test solutions that validate, qualify, characterize, and productize our industry‑leading, next‑generation SAM/PIC32 products.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, efficient, and stable Test solutions that advance project indicators and milestones.
• Design ATE hardware interfaces that support engineering innovation and maximize product throughput with right‑the‑first‑time quality.
• Write code/algorithms for Test module development, automation, and data collection and analysis.
• Deliver Production Test Program 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
