**Job Description**

**Minimum $5,000 Sign On Bonus being offered for external hires.**

This position is for an early-career system engineer who can work in, and grow to lead, a multi-disciplinary team to develop, maintain, verify and communicate the architecture and requirements baseline for a mission that includes Segment, Element (payload, spacecraft bus, and ground) and/or Subsystems. You will work within your program teams alongside specialty engineers through the program life cycle to develop, and manage requirements for, different levels for various complex, high precision, and high-reliability applications. You ll work alongside our teams of design engineers, AI&T engineers, and senior leadership as your program moves through AI&T and milestone gate reviews to ensure our programs meet the customer needs in technical requirements, schedule, and cost.
