Position Overview

What You Will Do
  • Perform project management and data analysis.
  • Identify and resolve low yield issues, process integration issues and related problems.
  • Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns.
  • Drive continuous improvement plans (CIP) to deliver organizational goals.
  • Build and develop defect source library and tool defect source fingerprinting.
  • Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements.
  • Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and mitigation and detection are in place.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
  • Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.
