Key Responsibilities
Provide site problem-solving and coordination support to customers.
Apply engineering skills with strong knowledge of design and building services codes of practice.
Ensure quality of materials and installation by suppliers and subcontractors in line with ISO quality plan.
Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials, equipment, and subcontractor installation quality.
Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings.
Prepare work schedules and attend client and internal meetings.
Support manager in daily activities under master planning schedule, including quality and safety.
Coordinate with main contractor to prevent rework.
Control site materials and equipment to reduce wastage.
Communicate closely with suppliers and subcontractors to reduce delivery delays affecting progress.
Check for non-conformance in products or installation to avoid defects.
Explore new technology and installation methods to improve productivity.
