Job Description

- Define critical product characteristics based on customer requirements.
- Design and develop tooling, jigs, and inspection fixtures for new projects.
- Analyze similar products and manufacturing processes to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and sourcing strategies.
- Review and optimize process designs and parameters to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor tooling fabrication schedules and project timelines.
- Support tooling trials, mold trials, and new product development activities.
- Manage material preparation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and trial requirements.
- Coordinate purchase requests and ensure materials are ready for production trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production and Process Engineering.
- Other tasks as assigned.
