Job Description



Who You Are The Engineer will provide technical support to integrators and end users across a multi-state region spanning the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Northeastern United States. This is a fully remote position ideally based within the corridor between Mason, Ohio and Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities include developing and strengthening customer technical skills, delivering training, and providing advanced software and controls expertise. The Engineer will also support FANUC District Managers with sales initiatives to drive regional growth in units and profitability.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused problem-solver with a “Service First” mindset who has a background in automation and/or robotics engineering.
