The Engineer – Planning – Site (Client Billing and Quantity Surveyor) is responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting client bills in accordance with contractual milestones and physical progress at site. The role also involves accurate quantity estimation, reconciliation, and documentation aligned with planning and execution timelines. It ensures seamless integration of progress monitoring with financial invoicing while supporting planning and commercial functions. 

Prepare monthly and milestone-based Running Account (RA) bills for submission to the client based on verified site progress, BOQs, and contract provisions. ?
