The Process Development Engineer serves as the primary product expert for Final Test, supporting ATCB’s key objectives in Quality, Output, and Cost. This role ensures that products delivered to customers meet all specifications and performance requirements. The position plays a critical role in driving yield improvement, resolving quality issues, and enhancing overall test and product performance.
What You Will Do:
Act as the technical engineering resource for ATCB Test Product Engineering.
Analyze final test performance (e.g., yield, OCAPs) to identify defect trends and potential quality issues, and drive improvements in fab and assembly processes.
Escalate critical or recurring fab-related issues to BG that significantly impact test hold lots and yield performance.
