Responsibilities - Respond to ERT and Security alerts, ensuring gowning room logistics are adequate during evacuations.
- Address contamination alarms and report abnormal conditions to engineering and stakeholders.
- Sample various areas of the Fab and FOUP Environment for contamination (swab, bacteria, airborne and liquid particles, and airborne molecular contamination), collaborate with the chemical lab for timely analysis.
- Ensure real-time monitoring systems are operating and recording properly.
- Conduct primary investigations on contamination issues and provide data to engineering for analysis.
- Complete special projects and support contamination control engineering initiatives.
- Ensure team members practice approved cleanroom protocols.
