Your impact This role focuses on preparing technical specifications, tender documents, and accurate BOQs while performing cost estimation, rate analysis, and reviewing concrete mix designs. It requires strong quantity‑surveying skills, the ability to interpret civil, structural, architectural, and piping drawings, and reviewing fabrication drawings and MTOs. The position includes technical and commercial bid analysis and coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors.
