Understanding of Product drawing, Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram),PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions. Capacity enhancement, Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VAAssembly process like Pressing, Tightening, Leak testing and Performance testing. Pneumatic & Electrical circuits for End off lineNew Machine selection, New fixture development, validation and Prove out in line. Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing assembly lines.
