**Job Summary:**

Provide supplier development leadership, technical expertise, and project management of performance improvement initiatives with suppliers. Coordinate supplier improvement needs with Strategic Procurement, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Operations personnel. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead Supplier Continuous Improvement projects
+ Conduct supplier trainings if necessary to improve supplier’s performance
+ New and potential suppliers’ audits to understand and assess their quality system to determine if it meets Emerson requirements.
