At the BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems (SMS) Westminster, Colorado location, we develop and manufacture state of the art RF and sensor technologies. If you d like to join our growing operations team in a mission to enable our uniformed service members to go forth bravely and return home safely, this could be an ideal role for you. The manufacturing UX (User Experience) role will be integral in supporting the execution of the production system, as well as transitioning new products to the production environment. This role will initially require a heavy focus on tactics to understand the current condition of operations and drive toward improved design of the production environment, work instructions and learning materials. Over time it will evolve into a leadership/coaching position focused on the development of people and process.
