Supervise and evaluate the performance of structural and road inspectors ensuring inspections comply with approved ITPs, RTA specifications and international standards.
Develop, implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists for structural and road‑related works.
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and material submittals for bridges, underpasses, culverts, retaining walls, shoring systems and ancillary highway structures.
Coordinate and inspect foundation and substructure works including piling, pile caps, abutments, piers and box culverts.
Monitor progress of structural and road works, report status and risks to the Project Manager/Resident Engineer and provide technical input to the Planning Engineer regarding sequencing and recovery plans.
