Generate production plan and execution strategy to meet Output plan, On Time Delivery (OTD) to customer, Cycle Time and Day Of Inventory (DIO) metrics
Analyze the progress of daily production operations and collaborate with cross functional team to resolve any issues impacting delivery schedule to customers
Create and implement integrated systems for carrying out materials flow, production processes, inventory control and human work factors
Drive continuous improvement to achieve Best In Class performance on Cycle Time and Delivery
Serve as Manufacturing primary point of contact for In-line Planning and Production Control related activities
Forecast production logistics, direct and indirect materials to ensure production readiness to meet weekly output plan
Review current resource inventory levels is sufficient to meet fluctuations in supply requirements
